Raphael, mutated into a monstrous form, is rampaging in the streets, and Professor Honeycutt is trying to contain him. Donatello and the Utroms are ambushed by a group of talking dinosaurs. And on a mission with the Foot Clan, Leonardo gets the battle he wants with the mysterious warrior he’s been tracking, but it does not go the way he hoped!
